| This is the flagship event of KMA usually conducted in the 1 st quarter every year on a current theme of interest to the managers. The convention will have speakers of national and international repute drawn both from business and academic institutions. Over 500 delegates usually participate in the two day Convention. |

As its inherent strength, the activities include conducting state of the art training workshops on topics of current relevance as part of ongoing education program for the benefit of Junior, Middle and Senior Managers. Customised in-house training programmes are also planned at the request of member's organization. KMA also undertakes consultancy services at the request from corporates for in-depth study and remedial recommendations. |

| Young Managers Contest |
| |
| In an attempt to promote managerial excellence among young professional managers of both private and public sector undertakings in Kerala, KMA conducts an Annual Contest for Managers on the theme of contemporary relevance. The contest consists of a written submission and an oral presentation of the theme before an expert Panel of Judges. The contest is keenly fought by large number of teams sponsored by
organizations throughout Kerala. The winning teams become eligible to contest at the national level organized by All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi . |

| This exclusive club will have the Chief Executives from Corporates as its members. The larger and macro issues are dealt with in this. We had Mr. M. Damodaran, Chairman, SEBI and Mr.T.K.A.Nair, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India addressing the CEO Conclave recently. |
