and serves on the Boards of reputed companies.
During his lecture meeting, he emphasized on importance of teamwork and execution of excellence. Visioning, aligning and mobilising commitment through small & large group interventions is a sure step towards handling business and people issues.
According to him ‘Sales is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is reality’. He strongly recommends not to sacrifice investments in Brands and R&D but to bring in and retain capable people. Communication is the key word to sustain credibility through which old customers are retained while attracting the new ones.
