We plan to conduct a Management  Week in  Feb 2011 around the Management day.We will be having various programmes and activities in that week
CEO Forum will have an important event on the  21st Sept. 2010.That day we are planning a dinner meeting of invited senior
executives with SEBI Chairman Mr.C. B. Bhave. 
Micro Small and Medium sector plays a significant role in the economic development of Kerala. We have planned activities for  organizations in that sector.We will be addressing their specific needs and problems. 
Women Managers' Forum aims at conducting programmes  focusing the
challenges and problems faced by a women Managers. 
Library - upgradation  -  Our Library needs up-gradation and  facilities for
e-learning.This we plan to take up this year.  
Management  Students' Forum   will continue to be a priority in KMA events,
as the youth is the future. 
Social Responsibility initiatives started in the previous year by my
predecessor Mr.Jayatilakan, will continue  with greater vigor this year
too. 
Membership Development  is given a major thrust this year with  focus on sectorwise membership development.This will facilitate catering needs of the members in that sector.

 30th Annual Management Convention is going to have a new form and content
and is scheduled in early 2011. 
Also, KMA is committed to conduct the  Young Managers' Contest,  The
Management Leadership Award and the Manager of the year Award.
 I request all the members of KMA to give full support for all the programmes
and events scheduled for the year 2010-11.
